Waveware

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Waveware panel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Access and accounts

Access to the Service is limited to authorized operators. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately. The Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, for any reason.

3. Acceptable use

The Service may deny requests or remove data that appears to violate these terms.

4. Data and privacy

The Service stores the minimum data required to function: operator credentials (stored as salted hashes), session tokens, and hit records that include diagnostics such as timestamps, device names, and collected files. Access to this data is restricted to the account holder. You may delete stored hits at any time from the Settings page. The Service does not sell or share personal data. See the Privacy section below.

5. Privacy

We process and store data solely to operate the panel and deliver hits. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Session cookies are HTTP-only and expire automatically. You may clear all stored data at any time. Requests are rate-limited to prevent abuse, and the Service is hosted on infrastructure managed by a third-party cloud provider (Google Firebase).

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waveware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to the use of the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is domiciled, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be directed to the operator of this Service.
